Additive Masterbatch

Additive Masterbatches consists of a concentrated mixture of pigments and/or encapsulated additives manufactured through a process of heating a carrier resin and then cooled and cut into a granular form. Thus, the masterbatch allows the transformer to color the natural polymer economically in the plastics processing process.

We have white, colored, black, combi or additive masterbatches (with solid or liquid carriers), which aim at coloring or giving other properties to the plastics – colored or additive masterbatch.

These additives include slip, anti-block, UV- protection, antifog, antioxidant and processing aid properties and the most ideal for thermoplastics industry.
